Charles Morgan

After joining the Morgan Motor Company in 1985, Charles Morgan spent three years completing a part time MBA in the management of manufacturing at Coventry University. Broadly, his work at the Morgan Motor Company has involved initiating quality improvementsto the range of products and the services the company provides. The addition ofnew technology and of new models, notably the Aero 8, is essential to thisprocess as well as the successful development and training of theworkforce.  Charles is also keen toestablish links with the best universities and technological suppliers tomaintain the process of continuous improvement throughout the company. Thecompany has benefitted from six Knowledge Transfer Partnerships with UK universities supported by the UK Department of Business Innovation and Skills.

In 2010 Charles Morgan was appointed to the Automotive Council Technology Advisory Board tofacilitate the introduction of low carbon technology into the UK automotivesupply chain.
