David Higgins

Inception Partners is a London-based leadership and advisory firm working with FTSE 100/Fortune 500 businesses and large privately owned businesses to improve Britain's board rooms' capital and capabilities through performance managing newly appointed executives, coaching services, change management, leadership and board evaluation and executive search.

Inception Partners was established in November 2010 by David Higgins, co-founder of global executive search and professional IT recruitment firm, Harvey Nash and Alex Woolgar, head of international business services at Harvey Nash.

David Higgins founded Harvey Nash in 1988; he floated the company with a full listing on the London Stock Exchange in 1997. The firm now has 5,000 staff and associates across over 30 offices worldwide with a turnover of £400million, he stood down as vice chariman in April 2009 to set-up Inception Partners.
